Gallery Track

Intelligence that serves
two purposes
simultaneously.

The gallery mode dossier works on two levels at once: internal due diligence on artists you are considering for your roster, and an investment-grade brief you can deliver to clients purchasing the work. One commission. Two audiences. White-label ready.

Two use cases. One dossier.

Internal intelligence
and client deliverable.

Most galleries use separate tools for due diligence and client communication. Gallery Mode eliminates that gap — the same analysis serves both functions without compromise.

Use Case 01 — Internal
Roster Due Diligence
Before adding an artist to your roster, commission a dossier. Know their structural position — gallery tier readiness, fair potential, pattern diagnosis, secondary market status — before the relationship begins.
Is this artist ready for your fair presence?
What patterns need addressing before representation?
What is the realistic price trajectory?
What does the collector base look like?
Use Case 02 — Client Facing
Investment Brief for Clients
When a serious collector is considering a purchase, provide them with an ART-IQ investment brief. White-labeled to your gallery. Positions you as an intelligence-driven gallery, not just a seller.
ARS scorecard as client-facing document
Price trajectory and hold horizon
Collector-facing pitch language
White-label format — your branding, our analysis
What's inside

Six outputs.
Built for both audiences.

01
Verified 9-Dimension ARS Scorecard
All nine dimensions scored against external data. Gallery representation tier checked. Auction history pulled from Artnet. Institutional press catalogued. Digital metrics verified. Each dimension marked (ver.) or (est.). ARS total and tier classification with investment implications — readable by both gallery directors and collecting clients.
D1–D9 verified
02
Acquisition Intelligence — Roster Fit Analysis
Specific to gallery mode: analysis of whether this artist is structurally ready for your gallery's tier and fair presence. Which patterns need addressing before representation begins. What the realistic 18-month trajectory looks like under your representation. What the artist's current primary market infrastructure can support.
Gallery-specific
03
Secondary Market Analysis
Full auction history. Price trajectory and sell-through rate at named houses. Primary-to-secondary price ratio. Arbitrage window assessment. For artists without auction history: pre-auction positioning and what gallery representation at your tier would do to the primary market price and eventual first auction appearance.
D6 full module
04
Fair Potential Assessment
Which fairs this artist is ready for now, which in 12–18 months, and which to avoid. Sector recommendation — main, Nova, Positions, Unlimited for Basel; equivalent assessment for Frieze, TEFAF, FIAC, Zona Maco. Fair-specific collector profile mapped against the artist's current collector base.
Fair strategy
Client Investment Brief White-label
A separate document formatted for client delivery. ARS scorecard, price trajectory, hold horizon, and investment thesis — written in language appropriate for a serious collector, not for an internal gallery memo. White-label format available: your gallery name, your branding, ART-IQ analysis. Contact intelligence@artiq.click for white-label configuration.
Client deliverable
Collector-Facing Pitch Language
One paragraph usable verbatim in client conversations — written in specific, non-generic language. No "explores themes of." No "powerful and evocative." The language that makes a serious collector lean forward: structural, investment-framed, specific to this artist's actual market position and trajectory.

Lynette Yiadom-Boakye
British · b. 1977 · Painting · Jack Shainman Gallery, New York / Corvi-Mora, London · ARS 81.4 — Prime Asset
Yiadom-Boakye holds confirmed secondary market presence at Christie's, Sotheby's, and Bonhams (ver.), with documented price appreciation of approximately 340% between 2012 and 2023 across medium-format canvases. The 2023 Tate retrospective (ver.) represented the single largest institutional validation event in the career — historically the moment that produces the steepest sustained price correction upward in the 24–36 months following. Current primary market pricing at the gallery level ($180,000–$450,000 for 60×50in oils) remains below comparable artists at equivalent institutional validation stage. The arbitrage window between current gallery pricing and the price implied by auction trajectory is closing — not open indefinitely.

FAQ

Questions we get
every time.

The client investment brief is produced with your gallery name on the document — not ART-IQ branding. The analysis is ours; the presentation is yours. Contact intelligence@artiq.click with your gallery name and preferred format before commissioning to configure the white-label output.
Yes — and this is the primary use case for the roster fit analysis. Commission a dossier on any artist you are considering before initiating representation conversations. The structural read gives you clarity on readiness, price trajectory, and potential pattern issues before the relationship begins.
Gallery mode replaces the collector investment thesis and hold horizon with roster fit analysis and fair potential assessment — the decisions relevant to a gallery rather than an acquisition. It also produces the separate client-facing brief and pitch language. Collector mode includes Format H (three-lens narrative) which is not included in gallery mode. If you need Format H for client analysis, consider the collector mode dossier.
