Who We Are

ART-IQ is an art market intelligence platform operated by Agentica Group. ART-IQ provides quantitative career analysis, collector profiling, gallery diagnostics, and market intelligence reports for participants in the contemporary art market.

ART-IQ is not a registered investment advisor, financial institution, licensed art dealer, gallery, auction house, or legal services provider. Nothing on this platform constitutes a regulated financial or professional service.

Nature of the Service

All ART-IQ outputs — including but not limited to ARS scores, Collector DNA profiles, Gallery Vulnerability Briefs, Artist Market Readiness Certificates, Fair Scanner reports, Diligence Dossiers, pattern diagnoses, price scenario models, arbitrage window assessments, catalyst maps, and action directives — are informational and analytical in nature only.

They do not constitute financial, investment, legal, career, business, or professional advice of any kind. You use all ART-IQ outputs at your own discretion and risk. ART-IQ expressly disclaims any liability for decisions made on the basis of its intelligence outputs.

AI-Generated Content

ART-IQ intelligence outputs are generated using artificial intelligence, including Google Gemini and proprietary analytical frameworks. By using ART-IQ, you acknowledge and accept that:

ART-IQ reviews and refines its AI system prompts and frameworks regularly but cannot guarantee that every output reflects the most current market conditions.

By submitting any form on the ART-IQ platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Payments & Refund Policy

All payments on the ART-IQ platform are processed by Stripe, Inc. ART-IQ does not store, transmit, or have access to your payment card information.

No Refunds Policy: All ART-IQ intelligence products are digital deliverables produced on demand. Once an intelligence output has been generated and delivered — whether by email, on-screen display, or both — the transaction is final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

This policy applies to all paid products including but not limited to Fair Scanner reports, Diligence Dossiers, Gallery Roster Analysis, and Portfolio Tracking retainers.

Free products (Collector DNA Matrix, Artist DNA Matrix, Gallery DNA Matrix during the launch period) carry no payment obligation. The free access period may be withdrawn at ART-IQ's sole discretion at any time without notice.

Intellectual Property

All ART-IQ frameworks, methodologies, scoring systems, pattern codes, output formats, and proprietary terminology — including the ARS system, Collector DNA framework, Gallery Vulnerability Brief format, Fair Scanner methodology, and all named patterns (P-01 through P-09, W-01 through W-07) — are proprietary to ART-IQ and Agentica Group.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ART-IQ and Agentica Group shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on any intelligence output.

In all cases, ART-IQ's maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to ART-IQ in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability. In such jurisdictions, ART-IQ's liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the ART-IQ platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York.

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first contact ART-IQ in good faith to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

Changes to These Terms

ART-IQ reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the ART-IQ platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

For material changes affecting your rights, ART-IQ will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users by email.
